About the event

Innovation Centre Banja Luka will organize an event called “Forward Conference” on December 2, 2022. The conference will be held in the premises of the Courtyard by Marriott Banja Luka hotel.

The first Forward conference was held in 2019 in Banski dvor in Banja Luka, and gathered over 500 participants from the region and the world. The second Forward conference, held in 2020, was broadcast on Radio Television of the Republic of Srpska in the most watched time slot, as well as on social networks, while last year’s conference was held in the premises of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Republic of Srpska.

Forward conference focuses on the regional perspective of the digital economy primarily because of its impact on the development of the economy, which becomes an opportunity to strengthen competitiveness. The focus of this year’s conference is digital innovation. Through panel discussions, we will look for answers and share the experiences of companies on digitalization and cooperation with DIHs as policy instruments to strengthen digitalization. The focus of the panel, in which representatives of science and technology parks from the region participate, will be on the exchange of experiences and good practices. We will discuss how to finance projects and companies that develop new products and processes.
