Panel IV: Are we living the Matrix? AI, Gamification and social networks - have we become alienated or have we become a better 2.0 version of humanity?
Keynote - Gamification of the offline experience, Željko Crnjaković
With the modern way of living and the connection of all of us through Internet services, social networks and the increasing general ‘exposure’ to various offers, services, products and content, anyone who wants to interest users in a service or product must constantly invent new ways to capture attention and make the whole experience interesting. Gamification as a term is often associated with games, but there are different ways to make even serious services interesting. Through this lecture, we will talk about what gamification is all about, but we will also present an example of improving the service and experience that can hardly be imagined as fun - we will improve the experience of coworking users with an idea that was presented at an international hackathon and won first place.
Moderator: Hana Sokolović
Keynote - Human-centered Industry 5.0. - Kosta Jovanović
To increase the competitiveness of the industry, its survival and improvement in the region, the integration of new technologies into production processes is of key importance. Those technologies, such as autonomous robots as a hardware aspect of AI, and software AI tools that provide the possibility of intelligent analytics and decision-making, augmented and virtual reality, cyber security, etc., mark a new industrial era - Industry 4.0.
The lecture will point out the role of Digital Innovation Hubs in supporting the acceptance of these technologies in the economy and point out the current industrial trends in the region and Europe. A special emphasis will be placed on the future of industrial technologies that change the focus from merely increasing the productivity of enterprises to the key resource in the industry - people and the social environment. The lecture will also present possible sources of funding for such technologies in the economy.
WORKSHOP 1 - How to make your own tools with the help of CustomGPT
CustomGPT enables natural language programming, without the need for coding knowledge. The application of CustomGPT is as follows:
- create your own learning tutor, you control the knowledge base
- create an interactive course
- create your own chatbot
- create an application for easier communication about the product and such
- create fun games and quizzes
- create interactive games for the education of young people
The workshop is in the form of a demonstration, since it is needed to be a paid user to access CustomGPT. The workshop is designed as a showcase, where we will make something together according to the participants' choice.
WORKSHOP 2 - Display of AI Tools in Marketing and Content Generation (Automation and Content Generation)
The idea of the first workshop is to make a presentation of the offered tools in practical scenarios and different industries. Using the example of our company and our clients, we will show how much time is saved by using each of those tools, how users can start using them themselves and where they can find additional information. We will also include a lot of links, tutorials and use-cases in the presentations and leave open appointments for free consulting after the workshop.
WORKSHOP 3 - Display of Advanced AI Tools in Sales and Analytics
The idea of this more advanced workshop is to present what automation and AI-powered sales can look like. How AI can help us find clients, contact them, generate unique content for them and push them through the sales funnel with the minimum of human effort.
Also, this workshop is somewhat futuristic because there will be showed, not only the current tools, but also the direction in which the development and application of these tools are moving in order to enable companies to prepare organizationally for the transition to AI tools as part of their daily work.
There will also be consultations after the workshop and plenty of useful tutorials, links and guidelines offered.
