Minister of Scientific and Technological Development, Higher Education and Information Society. Before he became the Minister, he was the Director of the Agency for Information Society of Republic of Srpska, a public institution in charge of coordinating the development of the information society in Republic of Srpska. He was born in 1982 in Banja Luka. His areas of research and interest are legal sciences - the field of business law (trade and company), and e-commerce law. He is interested in both constitutional and international public law. In addition to law, the area of expertise to which he has devoted much of his personal and public engagement to date is computer science and informatics - software engineering, applied cryptography, application security and computer network security. He has relevant academic qualifications in both fields – Bachelor of Computer Science (University of Sheffield, 2004) and a Bachelor of Laws (Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka, 2008). He is the author of several expert and scientific papers in the field of legal aspects of telecommunications and information society.
